A creamy, medium hot, blend of mustard and horseradish - based on a traditional recipe which is mentioned in Shakespeare - 'his wit was as thick as Tewkesbury Mustard' (Henry IV). Unlike the folk in those days, we do not crush the mustard seed with a lead cannonball! We recommend serving Kitchen Garden Tewkesbury Mustard with sausages, steak and liver, or blending with some créme fraiche to make a creamy sauce to go with tuna steaks or beef.
